You’re probably thinking to yourselves HEY! I recognize that board! Well you should. It’s practically famous! Besides being used daily for my own chopping, mincing and slicing pleasure, this Epicurean Cutting Board has been photographed repeatedly during product testing for this blog.

It’s 11 years old and still in great shape. It may not look as pristine as the day I bought it, but it’s still handsome and functional: a workhorse to be sure.

Epicurean Cutting Boards are dishwasher and food safe, made from a non-porous wood composite in the USA by a company that is eco-friendly. They come in many shapes, sizes and colors.

 

I admit I gave into temptation and got a couple more: a 6” x 8” for mincing wee bits of onion and a salmon shaped board upon which to serve appetizers…cheese, crackers and smoked salmon. But these purchases were sheer folly because my original Epicurean Cutting Board will last forever. I just couldn’t resist. They were just hanging there on the display at kitchensink, dangling in front of my nose.
